The school fee table below is in respect of the 2023-2024 fee structures as approved by the parent meeting. The compulsory school fees for the 2023-2024 academic year as well as our payment options are as follows:-

Please be aware that when signing up for music, is a commitment for the full year. Fees must be paid IN FULL within the FIRST WEEK OF EVERY NEW TERM. Failure to do so will result in your child not being able to continue with music lessons which could result in the disruption of the performing band.

BUS FEES (PRIVATE ENTITY/NON-GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED)

Transport is a private service and the required fees are to be paid in advance. Failure to do so will result in your child/ren not being permitted to continue with this service. Kindly note that the child/ren’s school fees need to be kept current at all times to keep their seat on the bus. Lilyfontein School Fees 2023-2024

A full term’s written notice of withdrawal of your child/ren is required, if this is not supplied, a term’s fees will be charged in lieu of written notice not received. SCHOOL FEES ARE A PRIORITY DEBT!!! NON-NEGOTIABLE!!!

BOARDING FEES (PRIVATE ENTITY / NON-GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED)

Hostel fees need TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE before the child takes up residence within the hostel and before the child returns to the hostel at the beginning of every new term. Should these payment terms not be adhered to, you will be contacted to collect your child from the hostel.

The child will not be able to return until the fees are paid up in full. A full term’s written notice of withdrawal of your child/ren is required, if this is not supplied, a term’s fees will be charged in lieu of written notice not received. R500 non-refundable deposit required.

DEBENTURE DEPOSIT (Payable to Middlecourt Trust on acceptance)

This is a refundable debenture which will be paid out in the March of the following year after your child/ren leaves Lilyfontein School. Request to be made to finance office. The debentures are used to fund the continued expansion of our school by building much-required classrooms, ablution blocks etc. Please note that the debenture is only refundable subject to the following conditions:-

1. Your school fees are paid up in full.

2. You request this debenture refund within two months of your child leaving the school.

This is to be loaded as a once-off payment, the only time that this account will be utilised again is with the top-up payment when your child/ren advances from primary to high school.
