An interest rate of 10% may be charged on all late payments.

FEES MUST BE PAID IN QUARTERLY FORM

When the year’s tuition fees are paid in full by the 28th of February, a discount of 10% on the full year’s tuition will be awarded

Siblings discounts; a discount of 5% will be awarded to a parent/guardian who has 2 or more children (NB: School fees must be up to date to qualify)

Please note that the fee discount will be adjusted from time to time in line with the interest rate prevailing in the marketplace.

Account Statements

All monthly statements for school fees will be handed to learners on the 25th of each month.

Terms associated with payment

Annual fees are due on 1 January each year and are payable on or before 31 January: or In not more than 10 (ten) instalments with the final payment for the year being made by no later than 31 October of each year: or Over 3(three) terms by the second school day of each term.

Overdue Accounts

Interest at the prime overdraft rate may be levied on all outstanding amounts.

Methods Of Payment

As bank charges have increased substantially over the past few years, the school has been forced to review the different methods of payment that parents can opt for.

Credit cards swapped at the school: Parents should take note that when authorization of card payments is needed, they will be held responsible for payment. Unfortunately, the school does not have the time to keep on pursuing authorization for card payments. We are unable to accept Diners and Amex cards. However, we accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards

Cash Payments

For security reasons, parents are requested not to pay their school fees in cash at the school.

Debit Orders

Arrangements can be made through the Bursar’s office to have fees deducted by debit order, direct banking at any nearest bank convenient to you, or electronic transfer. This is the most convenient method for both the school and parents.

Fingerprint Security control system

All learners gain entry to the school through the new biometric system. Learners’ fingerprints are uploaded into the access control system that lookup fee balances every month end.
