Applications are to be submitted either to the front office or emailed to admissions@dalecollege.co.za (Only email address)

NOTE:
PLEASE BE SURE TO APPLY TO OTHER SCHOOLS AS WELL.

• Completing this form does not necessarily mean that the learner has been accepted into the school.
• Applicants MAY be invited to a brief interview.
• Accepted applications will be notified to collect an acceptance letter.
• R1 000 is to be paid by the date stipulated on the acceptance letter.
• If not paid by the due date learner will be removed from enrolment.
• Proof of R1 000 receipt to be handed into Secretary’s office.
• Late applications will be placed on the waiting list and will ONLY be processed if space becomes available.
• Grades 10 – 11 (Limited space available).
